    Hey Xbox Fan,

    Thank you for reaching out. Along with what our amazing ambassador WPAK suggested, make sure your firewall settings aren't high enough to be causing the high packet loss on your Xbox. Cheers :D

    Hi there,

    if you are connected wireless, try and see what happens when you connect it by cable, to see if that makes any difference.

    If you can't connect it by wire, try moving the console to a different location to check what happens.

    If it is connected by wire, try a different cable.

    What a joke! Christmas Day get an Xbox one. And you can't play it " you have high packet loss" 100%. More like pocket loss £ 366 paid .....0 played . Happy Christmas 'Microsoft.

    a couple suggestions here....either try a new Ethernet cable, or clear the alternate mac address which is in the advanced network settings...usually that second step fixes quite a few networking issues
