High pitched noise

    So when I do just about anything, though it happens less while I'm actually playing a game, I get this high pitched sound, and I've used compressed air to get the dust out, but I still get the noise, what should I, or can I do to fix this?

    I don't think it's about the carpet either, for you. I just had it now, Google'd it and found this. It's never happened, only the first time for 2 years, and it's on a well ventilated area, on a wooden desk. So it may just be the actual Xbox. I'm going to
    do some more researching on this. I'll let you know if I find anything.

    The noise happens all the time the console is on, it's not a disc noise as I install every game before playing. And as I stated before I clean my xbox every week
