    I know what packet loss is, but I don't understand why only certain games I play are experiencing it, when it happens I do the network speed and stats test and it shows that I only have 1% packet loss, and when I try using the QoS tagging settings to help reduce the packet loss, it says that my console can't connect to a Teredo IP address

    Sorry if this comes off as rude, I just don't know how else to say it, but I'm only experiencing packet loss with specific games, not all them, and as I had mentioned, when I do the stat test, it's only at 1%, which is most definitely not high packet loss, and then there's the QoS tagging which is also recommended in some cases, which helps reduce packet loss in games, however it totally blocks my consoles ability to connect to a Teredo IP (both QoS options)

    I'm really sorry you're going through this kind of problem, I know how upsetting it is, I did some research on your problem and packet loss can cause connection problems such as game lag.

    You can check if you are losing packets on your console by looking at the detailed network statistics: Press the Xbox button  to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    Xbox App - Server Connectivity Blocked - All Solutions Tried

    Same here for State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition preorder. NAT Type is Open for me but Server Connectivity is Blocked. High latency and around 2% packet loss.

    Anyone from microsoft can give us any infomation on this? Is this a problem on our end or is it something wrong on Microsoft end with State of Decat 2?
