high latency on my xbox series s randomly?

it will be called "nobox series HL (high latency) - xcloud edition

Wired connection on xbox 1 high latency in 90's. new modem DLspeeds 500mb. When playin on cloud on a mac same wired connection latency is 15-20. Xbox one is specifically were the latency is occurring. need help.

not sure what microsoft is doing but live seems to add about 40ms to my kids xbox ping in most games, 1gb wired connection, same game on pc get 9ms but that game on xbox gets about 50ms to 60ms (this happens in most games on various xbox consoles). think its a lucky draw on xbox consoles if you get good or bad ping.

I'd agree with @José AV to use google or Cloudflares DNS servers.

Input Latency and Display Latency can often be linked to the same thing.

The Television set and the HDMI revision and any any video effects processors that may be enabled.

The Input Latency can be fixed generally by;

1. Turning on Game Mode on the TV.

HDMI 2.1+ 'Can but not always' supports Automatic Game Mode.

2. Disable any Video Enhancement or Filters on the TV.

Some such settings are generally located under Video options.

- Settings like True/Smooth Motion or Deblock/Denoise or even Video input delay Sync should be Disabled.

3. Go Wired.

Input Latency may be caused by Radio Noise in very highly populated locations or even by external sources.

-Example: Some Microwave ovens can cause enough noise to cause controllers to even drop connection in some cases.
