Wired connection on xbox 1 high latency in 90's. new modem DLspeeds 500mb. When playin on cloud on a mac same wired connection latency is 15-20. Xbox one is specifically were the latency is occurring. need help.

Yeah same thing here on my Xbox One's network statistics it says the latency is 289 ms, even though it's only a meter away from the modem

I have this issue also. I have a 150/25mb/s connection and I still get bad latency in games like advanced warfare. When I run a speedtest to Seattle Washington I get a 70 ping but my Xbox one records a 94+ ping. I play hardwired to an optimal connection
and three bar every single match. I have what is virtually a perfect network setup and still lag on this "next gen" console. Your connection to this console is like playing Russian Roulette and it is out of your control. Badly implemented server (s), if
there are more than one cloud server, and bad coding are at fault.
