To confirm, are you trying to add your Xbox console to your Xbox app on mobile?

If so, let's first do the steps below on your console:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
Under Power options, select Sleep.
Note: If your console power mode isn't set to Sleep, remote play won't work.

Once done, open the Xbox mobile app.
Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.
***Pull down your screen 2 to 3 times to refresh the list.
Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

I bought Destiny the taken king but I can't access all the add on expansions. New game fresh install codes redeemed fine. Says installed yet I can't play it. Anybody?? I'm new to Xbox. About to quit and go back to PlayStation

I bought sniper elite 3 and got the preorder hitler mission and camo pack. I put the code in on xbox.com and it hasnt shown up. I can't download it from dlc because it is not an add-on. This is a pretty similar problem.

i just contacted support. those codes every one posts? each console has a unique code that you must get from xbox after registering your device. simple as that.
