    Hiding Menus/Tabs


    It used to be possible to hide the Tabs you didn't care about so you didn't have to see them on the Xbox One. By holding in both thumbsticks and pressing Y and small menu would pop up that let you check/uncheck which dashboard tabs you wanted to see. But
    this no longer works, once you hit Y regardless of what buttons you are holding down it just brings up the search function.

    I want to permanently hide the Mixer and Game Pass tabs. Is it possible to do so? Or at least put them at the end after Community and Store, cause I never use those tabs nor do I ever plan to and would rather just have them off my dashboard.

    This did work on the groups tab. It may not work on all. This is mostly used to hide games.

    Hi Dr.,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can still do this by holding left thumbstick in and X. Then you will see more options come up click the start/menu button can remove.

    Just tried that as I've never heard of this before. It doesn't work and my understanding is you can't remove or change the locations of Tabs (twists).

    Unable to unhide games

    Hiya Lowkey,

    Thank you for contacting Forum support!!

    Starting with the November 2018 Dashboard update, the option to hide or unhide games in ready to install has changed. to hide or unhide games, follow these steps:

    • To hide games: Highlight the game(s) you wish to hide in your ready to install section and press menu. Select Hide from list and press A.

    • To Unhide Games: While on the ready to install tab, press and hold the left Thumbstick and then press X.
