    hi I've been a gold member since 2013 and signed up for VIP rewards but have never received any even though I've made purchases etc. Could you please fix this issue. I get emails giving me updates on my points but they always say 0

    Never received any rewards

    Hi

    I was trying to find out why I've never received any rewards, I'm signed up to the rewards program and been a member of Xbox live for years. I buy lots through the Xbox store yet never received anything, not even an email regarding rewards.

    Everytime I check the rewards section it's says I'm already signed up.

    Any advice here would be massively appreciated!

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Not in particular but alot of the stuff I have purchased were supposed to get me points etc but I never got any. I thought that maybe as there was an issue with my email address when I first signed up and had to start using a different one, that maybe that
    could be the issue with the points.

    Reward help #2 because 1st wasn't ANY use or help at all

    I have clarified the issue with the pending credits and that's no longer an issue but still wondering why I've barely ever received any rewards/% back on purchases even after the changes to the reward scheme, despite having a vip rank.
