did you try with LB? As far as I know the white button as been replaced by the left bumper.

The bumpers are really bad. I took the control pad out of my replacement console back to Game because of a dull/sticking left bumper, and the replacement was exactly the same. The worst part about it though is that the Game employee tried to pass it off
as being by design, lol. Fortunately they still had the control pad I had with the previous console (which was originally a replacement control pad for a faulty left bumper, lol) in the back so I just got them to give me that and promptly showed him how much
of an idiot he was when I showed him how the left bumper should feel.

I did this, but when i went back in both the left and right bumper are responding as left and right trigger. I have no waybto set the bumpers back to bumpers .... like

The left bumper thing but last time i tried nothing popped up like righ bumper presss x thingy and re updtae system update since i looked up my code and it had another person not respond due to issues or not

Hi! Sorry to hear that you're having problems after downloading DR2. First thing to check would be that the power supply (brick) light isn't any color other than green when the console's plugged in and turned on with the hard drive installed. If it's
green, then we can try looking at rolling back the latest system update to the xbox, to see if that maybe caused the issue.

To do that, go to the xbox dashboard -> system settings -> Storage, and then hit left bumper, right bumper, "X", left bumper, right bumper, "X". This may not work without the hard drive plugged in, but it's worth a shot. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest
looking to http://myservice.xbox.com/ to start looking into a warranty replacement, or a replacement drive. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
