Then you'll be able to reset the passcode online.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use your Xbox 360 console due to Parental controls enabled on the console.

There is an article that covers
How to reset the pass code for parental controls on Xbox 360, and I strongly recommend that you review this first, so that you can reset the code on the console. As stated by Xbox Forums Ambassador blueamcat,
you will need to register the console to your account first before you can remove that pass code.

As far as not being able to complete a purchase for a subscription, we recommend using another platform such as a PC or mobile device to purchase your subscription off the Xbox website.

I hope this is of some use to you.

If this is a second hand console and you've had to change some settings maybe try a hard reset on your 360 which will wipe your console clean and take back to factory settings.

This is what id do and restart the process of adding my profile etc. Just to make sure theres no corruption on the hardrive etc. If you'd like to consider this and want to go ahead i have added a guide for you to see how to do this.

3. Press the Y button to open the Device Options.
4. Select Format.
5. Select Yes to confirm your choice.
6. Enter your Console Serial Number.
