Hi there, I've been trying to stream content from my xbox to my phone but for some reason...

Answer: (what i've heard) No...i've been reading they wont support streaming over from pc to console anymore without introducing some paywall app inbetween. This is the reason why my x1 will be used for games whilst the ps4 will be used for media entertainment.

I'm a dad too and can totally see the benefits of being able to stream games on my phone, tablet, etc. That said, I'm not sure this is a move that is in direct competition with the Switch and more of Xbox trying to expand it's market and make gaming easier
and more accessible to everyone.

Just my thoughts, but it will be cool to be able to stream my games when I can't access my xbox for some reason.

I've been trying to solve this for a year. It's something xbox won't allow you to do for some reason. I've called support 10 times and never get a call back or they insist it's twitch or the game developers. It's 100% not as my friend xan do this from ps5 just fine. I'll be switching to ps5 in the future and anyone interested in streaming seriously needs to go to Sony as they actually provide features that the customers want.

I've been trying to find answers to this, because up until this point, I HAVE been playing back-compat games on my Xbox through remote play on my PC. I was surprised when I finally tried remote play on my phone that games I've been playing remotely on PC for a while now didn't work! In fact, every game I've tried via PC so far has worked. Thought something was wrong with the setup on my phone, but I guess they just aren't supported on mobile for some reason.

well i stream all my content from the net im running 2 xbox ones and a 360 as well as 3 pc's a tablet and 4 phones
