    not many if at all any play the console version these days, most older games can be like a desert with online play, i play on pc and get regular full lobbies.

    Hello Firebug0810, there is no indication on the status of Live's servers, however given the time of year the internet is generally busy with more traffic, this could disrupt some services including online gaming.

    i cant connect with other players on parallel quest online or they cant connect with me

    I have had the same issue, can play any other game online but Xenoverse 2. I can even see people in the Hub running around and can't find any online matches or groups. I am trying a reinstall of the game to see if that fixes it.
