    The tip that goes into the wall is called a plug,even you IA's must know that.

    Do not use an adaptor of any kind as they can cause damage to your console,once in Singapore you just need to buy a suitable power cable with the correct plug on it.

    Hello Jt, Yes, it can work at 220v voltage, from the Xbox One S all Xbox are automatic bivolt.

    What can differentiate however is the connection of the outlet at the tip that goes on the wall, this can change according to the region, but nothing that an adapter does not solve.

    I created my live account in the USA. I am not gold then. So my Billing account is in the USA.

    I now live in Singapore, I got a new XBOX 360 w/c is region locked for asia, namely Singapore.

    I got a 12 month gold card here in Singapore. Would it be alright if I redeem this code to my USA Live account.

    In another short set of words.

    My LIVE account: USA

    My 12 month card: Singapore, Asia

    My XBOX 360: Region Locked for Asia.
