Hi, recently I had to factory reset because of a green screen and now my email doesn't have...

Ok so I did this factory reset it worked fine for 3 days now it's back too the green screen I updated it recently after resetting it do need total reset

Mine still doesn't work. Still stuck on a black screen after the green load-up screen. I can't do a factory reset on my Xbox because I don't have a USB drive to download and do the whole process thing. This really sucks.

Thanks. But I decided to do a factory reset which went fine but now, during the Forza Horizon disc and update install it wont move on from the green screen despite the power button 10 second thing then power cable removed for five minutes, etc.

I looked on the net for a way of factory resetting with a green screen and saw something on holding down the eject button, the sync button and then pressing the power button. (After the above 10-second then power thing.) It told me I would see a menu with
four options including factory reset but it doesn't. It doesn't do anything.

Is there a way of Factory resetting an Xbox One X on the green screen? (That doesn't include downloading something to a zip drive which I believe, for a brand new console, Microsoft should not expect their customers to have to do.)

having the same issue with my 800x right after i got the green screen of death from that same update and it prompted me to the new dashboard when i had to factory reset my xbox and now i can"t hear game chat this is *** great
