    Can't connect to Xbox live

    Hello,

    Since a few weeks I can't no longer connect to my Xbox Live Account. It says my password is wrong but I'm sure it is the good one. I've reset my password but it didn't change anything. Does somebody know what's happening ?

    I has to create a new account but I don't want to loose my old gamer profile.

    Hi

    I'm wanting to create a new Xbox Live silver account. I already have one, this one, but I would like to start a fresh. However I don't want to have to create a new Windows Live ID. Is it possible to change the email address for this one and then use my main
    one for another silver account or does that go against the one per an email thing?

    The Microsoft account is also an Xbox account.

    If you want to create a new Xbox account, it's only possible to create a new Microsoft account.
