I think you are confusing the hardware

Razer chroma app for the wolverine is available as those are xbox compatible and it's not.synapses which isade.for.the swapable buttons not cloud

It's.chroma for.wolverine controllers NOT.synapses which is specifically for pcs and macs

When buying hardware always buy made/compatible for xbox

Pc hardware and made.for.pc is made for pc

I just had a look and I don't see it either. I do see several Razer apps though, one for controllers, one for headsets, and one for keyboards/mice. Have you tried installing whichever of those is appropriate for the device you're using, to see if it works?

Failing that, I would contact Razer and ask them. They have live chat as well as a ticket system.

You would have to contact Razer for creating Synapse Support for their Ornata Chroma keyboard.

Microsoft has no rights to create a Synapse App, as Razer owns the rights to that.
