    hi my account got a communication ban for 7 days and it ends on the 15/8/18 and I didn’t do anything. But the reason I got banned was because an account spammed you with false information reports and I got banned for 7 days so I would really like it if you
    could help me get unbanned and sort him out! Thanks for reading my account is

    First even if the enforcement team gets a thousand reports that you supposedly violated the code of conduct does not mean that you will get suspended EVERY report that is made is investigated and the account that gets reported is ONLY suspended if there
    was a violation of the code of conduct.

    If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review the enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    This is the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then its original end date and the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team.

    they cannot see the ddos, it happens outside of their network and happens over the internet, the only people that can resolve this is your isp as they CAN see the attacks.

    Your IP is public to anyone and can happen on any platform, Microsoft are not responsible for your net connection. there is physically nothing they can do about you being ddosed
