    Hi! My Xbox 360 Console got banned for no reason. How can I unban it?


    I got it from my cousin a few years ago but I was not using it. I turned it on recently and started playing some games but the console was making weird sounds. So I tried to open it to clean it up but I was not able to open it and when I turned it on to connect with the Wifi for the first time, it showed me that I am banned from using XboxLive on this console because of some violations of the Service Agreement. What should I do?

    Nothing console bans are not appealable you will have to address it with your cousin

    Its possible it was caused by something your cousin did. Console bans arent given out lightly. They are only given for the worst/repeated offenses and only given after an investigation wouldve been done. As such they arent able to be appealed.

    You can play what is already on there, and play disc games, but only offline.

    A console ban CAN NOT OR WILL NOT be unbanned by microsoft. That sucks if you got banned for no reason,
