    My Sons Minecraft account was stolen

    it has a realm attached to it that i cant cancel because i cant log on

    The account has been sold

    We have the email address of the person that stole it

    I need all of his stuff back

    Java

    We have tried to contact Microsoft before with no success

    If the email address of the account has been changed, account recovery will unfortunately be impossible.

    To protect customer privacy, Microsoft can only help customers verify their account ownership through the online password recovery process: https://account.live.com/acsr

    If you can't recover the account, you will have to contact your bank to cancel the Realm charges.

    My account and my son's account was hacked/stolen by the same person. I contacted Xbox and they found nothing because they didn't do a through job. Now the same guy hacked my account but I was able to recover it. I have the proof and I want to report him and maybe they will do their job and catch him asap,
