If you sign into the Microsoft Store with the same account you purchased it on there should be the install button.

You just need to ensure that you're logged in to the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app using the same Microsoft account that you used to buy the games.

On the Microsoft Store app, click "Library" > "Get Updates" to see all the items you can re-download.

On the Xbox app, simply search for the games on the Xbox app and download or you'll also see them under "My Library" or click "Show Filters" and check "Owned" as shown here:

Once again, thank you so much for all you help, I've already done a re-install of Windows and having spent a lot of time on this now and need to go through and re-install all my applications and log-in to all my websites so I have just cancelled my subs for now. I need to start being productive again with my PC.

I'm getting convinced it's an account issue. It seems confused about whether I have Game Pass or not giving me both buttons to join and to download as part of Game pass. I noticed the PC Games tag vanished this morning as well and I had no option to download only to sign up for game pass. If I try and download the games from the Windows Store I get the same two conflicting buttons and when I try and download I get

How do I contact Microsoft and raise a support ticket? It's not very clear at all.

When you purchased your game, did you get it via a physical copy (DVD/CD Disc) or download?

If you have a disc copy, you could try re-installing the game, which should hopefully make it compatible, although re-installing it may cause you to lose data, so I recommend backing up the game data or any other relevant data before this.

If you have a downloaded copy, is there any way you can re-download the game and re-install it again? Check above to see the possible problems with this.

I tried your solutions but unfortunately no one works.

I re-installed the game and i can launch it now so problem solved.

I had this issue because i change the game language (french to english). After I re-installed it, i try to change my windows language and i had the same problem, had to re-install the game.

Thank you for your help and if anyone had this problem after change the language you have to re-install the game.
