Ok I got home and turned on my xbox and im stuck at the xbox logo with the green backround.

I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and rebooted but it doesnt go past the green screen.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes at the green logo

A. Run the Gaming Services repair tool and then try again.

B. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

C. Search “Services” by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

Not sure if this is related, but TV started to randomly freeze for me since the last update. Sometimes it will just give a black screen and do nothing. Sometimes if my Dish DVR is on pause and on the screen for 15 or so minutes, it will go black and eventually
kick me to the TV app logo on the home screen. If I go back into it, the screen is still black. sometimes hitting play will load the video after 5 - 10 seconds, i've had to power off and back on again to get working again a few times.

Update: I left it on the green screen and it came up with my game and apps logo on a black screen after a while, still cant do anything though...

What games are you trying to play? Are those games from Xbox app?

Are you sure the screen it's turning off and not just being black? Usually games will go to a black full screen and then the game/developer logo/intro
