Discus and support hi my outlook accout has been locked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i dont have the number thats on that account i have filled in a verify who i am fourm however the information i give isnt enough to get it unlocked...     i dont have the number thats on that account i have filled in a verify who i am fourm however the information i give isnt enough to get it unlocked dose anyone have any ideas iv tried microsoft support but i never get a reply

    This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Please be informed that due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover and verify the ownership of our accounts.

    If you no longer have access to your account security information such as your phone number or alternate email address which is used to verify your account, you really have to go through filling out the recovery form here https://account.live.com/acsr. We can submit that form twice per day. Make sure to enter the information being asked as accurate as possible.

    I understand you need help with recovering your account.

    Unfortunately, we do not have other ways to recover the account aside from the account recovery form. You will have to fill this out again and again and make sure that the correct information is provided so that you can successfully recover your account. If the system does not recognize any of the information you provided, this will not let you go through recovering the account.
