You friend would need to file a complaint on the gamer via the console. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If his account has been compromised, he would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

thats a bullcrap reply i was hacked i only know his real name because i found his a** on facebook he hacked me and got into my stuff and i caught him he needs to be punished not just say its my fault this is rediculous
