Hi, my multiplayer mode in minecraft is disabled and i dont know how to fix it

I have bought minecraft and i cant play multiplayer mode. Does it have to do with my family settings? And how do i delete my family group?

Are you in a family group?

If so, only the group administrator can make changes to allow multiplayer;

I haven't been opening minecraft via Console Companion, so now after finding the settings it shows the NAT type as open. But, it doesn't give me a status for the Xbox multiplayer. Also, I didn't specify but when I open minecraft after checking the network status, if I hover over 'Multiplayer', it says: 'Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings.' Do you know how this can be fixed and if so is this via the parent's family settings? (I mentioned before that we couldn't find the right setting)

I've tried all the steps and still multiplayer is disabled for the java version.
