Hi, i bought an acces code for xbox live yesterday.

It doesn't work and shop don't want help me because he said '' Xbox should be help you''.

account got deleted?

when i was playing xbox live, i got dced, and i tried recovering my acc but it wouldnt work then my acc got deleted? this happened around 12 pm 4 hrs ago, and now my xbox live acc is gone. whats happened? it was error code like 80137A or somethin, anyway
to get my acc back soon :/

Qestions regarding xbox one home acc

Hello , so i bought an used xbox one from my friend , he has few digital games as well . Even though he deleted his account I can still play digital games after making my own account .
So my question is If he bought a new console and makes that xbox his home acc . Will my xbox will be deactivated or any
Problem i can face? Plzz tell me iam worried that if he ever removes his home acc from my console what are the things that will happen to my Xbox?

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Thank you. If i create a new microsoft acc for him and add this to his xbox acc and remove mine will he lose all his achievements? And also by removing my acc will it delete my acc completly? Thanks

im going space it doesny work for me all it asks is for my other email sends me a code then I put the code in but because I have to sign out of my xbox acc to go on my security account to check what the code is then the code doesnt work.... any help

I used to live in UK but now I'm in the U.S. so that's why created another acc. and my Mom sent me points recently from U.K. and since the codes are "region locked" , I got one of my friends in the U.K. to load it up for me on my U.K. account . So I want
to Download the content with my U.K. acc. and Play/ have access to the DLC content with my U.S. account . Will this work ?
