    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. Please give these a try, as I have tested them and they seem to help out with multiplayer issues. Good luck and either: private message me or send me an Xbox Live message, if you want to play or having problems.

    downloading games

    so it tells me to purchase it when on the miscrosoft store, when on the xbox app i have a play button and a purchase button for the versionj i have bought. when clicking on the play button it pops up with all the things in the pack i bought but i cant click any just veiw them in the store.i can still select the old launcher even though i have uninstalled it and it atkes me to the ol;d launcher menu

    I've the same issue here.

    When no games are on, it brings up thé turn off menu.

    In game it mat take a videoclip or bring the TV menu on.

    It happens when i hold the different buttons.

    Hope someone can help

    Both of these did not work and I have no menu screen or speed showing on the game at all.
