    If you mean you redeemed gems for $5 you would receive the code within 2 days if it was for a prepaid Visa card. If it was for Xbox Rewards credits, the credits should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them and would be
    deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

    If you mean you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points, it can take 24 hours to receive their codes. For further assistance with that program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    hi over the last 4-5 years I have collected 200,000 points but on the Xbox rewards app I only have 1000 points please can I have some help to resolve this problem

    no i don't think they are i've never have a preorder arrive late. their points system is cool you can use them straight away instead of collecting a certain amount their prices are cheaper than the high street on new games.

    I want to recommend you the Microsoft Rewards program.

    If you frequently collect points you soon have enough to redeem the points for credits to change your gamertag.

    Afterwards you can purchase games, add-ons or redeem the points for a game pass sub.

    Solitaire collection

    OK - I've narrowed it down to ONLY this PC and ONLY solitaire daily challenges. I can pull up my account on every other device. One thing I've noticed - when I click to open the solitaire collection, it takes an unusually long time (20 seconds?) to load. I've installed and uninstalled the collection. I've signed in and out of XBox. Crazy.
