    Hi I’ve been having trouble sign into an Xbox account and I’ve been lock out of my account...


    I’m concerned because most of the games that I have purchased online are linked to that account and I can no longer play any of the ones that where purchased by that account so I can’t just abandon the account. Not to mention I have a few borderlands play throughs/ characters I would hate to loose. I’ve tried reaching out over phone to get this sorted but the phone number that is provided automatically tells me to go back through the Microsoft recovery system which has failed me the past 2 months. So I don’t know what to do it been very frustrating/ upsetting. I just want to play with one of my borderlands 2 saved characters. Is there anything I can do?

    So basically, because I’ve only been suspended for 2 days, nobody at Microsoft can help me and I’ve essentially been locked out of my social features for two days with no reason. Great
