Okay so mysteriously it's there again.

Freedom of speech does not allow you to say what you want, when and where you want to say it.

You could not for instance go into a church at midnight mass and start expounding about how there is no God. You would however be free, providing you were not causing a disturbance, to say your piece on public property outside of that church.

It is the same in this case where the forum is the digital 'property' of Microsoft. While inside you must abide by their rules, you are free however to say other things outside of the forum.

Your freedom of speech does not over-ride the rights of others, even large corporations.
