Lyoyd you are from England correct? Here in the states if you have a smartphone you must have a data plan. Yeah you can connect to wifi but you still have to pay that monthly data fee...that's off topic but anyway back on topic.

But in order to play any games online with the PS4 you must pay for PS Plus and PS plus uses PSN so basically you are paying for PSN. I still consider PS Plus a rental service of games and always will. If I do get a PS4 I'll probably have to break down
and purchase PS Plus but I won't download any games.

I should add for anyone planning on getting it on PSN, you've got to be a PS Plus member to get it for free, otherwise you'll have to pay for it.

No, of course not. It is possible to share your premium account on a friends playstation though; I think at the moment you can link two or three PS3's to your account so that you can download PS Plus content onto them, I'm sure it's a violation of PS Plus
terms of use but I have a mate who shares his account with another guy, allowing him access to his library. As for giving digital downloads away there'll be no need with the PS4 as PS Plus will be required for online gaming, so most everyone is going to have
it and therefore most everyone will have access to the multitude of free games.
