gamertags are public so should be ok as you are not displaying any personal information.

now recording their audio without their knowledge is a no no.

if you are recording your own gameplay and voice and friends voices with their permission then everything should be fine.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend sign in on the Xbox website. This should show your new gamer tag.
This also is known issue and is being worked on. The gamer tag will show correctly in future update. So please be patient while they do work on the issue, as it will be resolved as soon as they can get it fixed.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, there is no way of removing the suffix. They added the suffix so many people could have same gamer tag. Example if multiple people wanted John smith then the suffix gets added to tell people apart. When making
a gamer tag, it will show you what the gamer tag will look like. If it is a unique one that no one has it will not show the suffix. Please make sure you check these when going to change gamer tag. There are a few gamer tag checkers out there that are not correct.
