    I am a PC user of the Xbox app and I have a long-standing issue that I think many others have seen. To clarify, I have not seen this on my Xbox One X -- I see the issue on a "PC" or "desktop computer" (Not an xbox). It is a PC specific issue, apparently.

    Every time that I open the Xbox app on PC (again, to clarify, this is just PC) I see a prompt nag dialog that my card is about to expire, but I have over 3 years until it expires.

    Back when Xbox app on PC was BETA, I submitted this issue to the Windows Feedback Hub, see the report here https://aka.ms/AAeqcup, but I have not heard back and I still have this issue.

    I have called Xbox support and I was sent in a circle because "it's another team's problem": (1) Xbox support, (2) Windows Support (they verified the issue over a remote session), (3) Account Support, (4) Xbox support (this is the same as (1).

    Who else sees this nag dialog on PC?

    I'm getting the same error, but I didn't even use a credit card! That's right, I purchased my Game Pass subscription using PayPal. As far as I can see I never had a credit card attached to this account.

    Considering this error is being shown to people whose credit card doesn't expire for another 3 years and to people who didn't even use a credit card... I'm going to guess that this notice bar is
    [Mod Removed]. Hopefully they'll fix it soon because it is quite annoying.

    You're honestly going to cancel your subscription because you have a bar at the top of your game pass screen that says you need to update your credit card info? Really?... [Mod Removed]

    I am having the same problem. Previous credit card was gonna expire so I added the new one, and since then I have that banner every time I open the app. My card still has 3 years left.

    I am considering cancelling the subscription, this is really bothersome.

    Same problem here. Paying with Pay Pal also. Same annoying banner. Tried uninstalling the app and had to recover my Windows as it bricked MS Flight Sim 2020. Hope they view these comments and fix this ASAP.
