> Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced Options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

> Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

> Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

Hello i have the same problem just bought a new minecraft account wanted to change my skin and it just says something like Sorry! Something unexpected went wrong..

1: This account wasnt even a mojang account just bought it my other 2 accounts where mojang accounts but i migrated them and it works for that accounts
