    Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help repeal a ban on my Xbox? Cant plant multiplayer.


    Cant plant multiplayer from September 30th to the 14th of October. I didn't have Xbox live on the 30th too play any online games too be banned for. I just collected enough bottles and cans so I could get a card to get live back so I could play. Go ahead and get it all done up and find out my account is banned from matchmaking. Can anyone help me repeal this ban. I feel I have been served some injustice here.

    Regular support doesn't handle enforcement issues. Only the enforcement team does.

    Im banned from Xbox live until October 14th. This banning seems very harsh. I don't make any money too buy live and I was able too get a card by taking back bottles and cans. I put the card on not knowing I was banned. Is there no customer service for Xbox anymore. Is it all really just out sourced. Id just very much like for my live too go to waste as I don't have any means of getting anymore.

    Update Microsoft won't appeal the ban although I literally haven't had Xbox live in 8 years. This is is literally the must absurd disgrace Xbox will be lucky if I stay a customer if they continue to threaten me and my account.
