hi im wondering if anyone can help, i am unable to access any of my games after a reset

Are you signed in with the same account?

Please, be sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If this still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Hi, i have been facing the same problem over and over again, so i was wondering if there is a problem with my gamertag, could it be any settings i touched? if there is any settings that i have to maintain or change in order to access my Xbox Live again,
that would be helpful. And, my Xbox membership is silver at the moment, so do i need to upgrade it to a gold to make it work again? I'm afraid it won't work even after I upgrade it, so it would be a waste of money. So if anyone can help me, PLEASE

I did this last resort full reset. I was unable to download any of the games I own after this full reset. I assume that this means my Xbox series s’s hard drive is faulty. Am I right with this assumption?
