i'm sorry I'm not familiar with any of those products I'm guessing that they're hearing aids? Xbox is not compatible with bluetooth, and so you will need some kind of receiver thst plugs into the 1/8" jack on the controller, which is 3 pole to allow for the microphone.

I'm hearing impaired, I can't use a headset i have Bluetooth enables hearing aids and I have a device called com pilot 2 made by the same manufacture as my hearing aids I would love to be able to use that for my headset headsets are not amplified enough and is not programmed to make up for certain frequencies that I have a hard time hearing and I can't wear a headset over the aids because of the high pitch feedback. this com pilot enables me to converse on the phone i can have this device plugged into the tv i can hear the tv just fine i just cant speak to my teammates or even teach unless i type and typing during game sucks

Hi, Mattia! My apologies regarding the issue you have with your headset volume. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

Have you tested it on a different console? I understand you already tried resetting it as well as updating the controller.

Can you please try resetting the headset this way:

1. Turn on the headset.

2. Plug the USB into both the headset and console.

3. Press and hold the power and mute buttons. You’ll hear a throb sound; keep holding, and you’ll hear it again, then continue holding until the headset powers off.

4. Turn the headset back on while still connected via USB.

5. Wait for the headset to connect to the console, at which point you’ll have sound! Then unplug it and allow it to reconnect, and everything should be good to go.

Try updating the console too.

Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update

If you can try clearing the cache, much better.

Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off.

Remove everything that is connected to the console

Wait for 3 minutes then connect the Power cord and HDMI cable.

1. Take the batteries out of the controller
2. Ensure the Stereo Headset Adapter is connected to the controller when performing the controller firmware update and
   
   Update your Controller
3. After the firmware update is complete, hold the console power button for 10 seconds to successfully perform the power cycle

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with a headset and sound. To help clarify, are you seeing a mute icon on your homepage when the headset is connected?

I recommend to try this:

• Try your Xbox One Stereo Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
  Xbox Online Service Center.
• Try your Stereo Headset and Stereo Headset Adapter on another controller, if you can.
  
• If the headset works on the second controller, try
  updating the first controlleragain.
  
• If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
  Xbox Online Service Center.
