Xbox live gold 14 days trial redeen error

Hi,

i redeemed on 14 days trial from xbox one bundle, but it doest relfect on my account. then i redeemed other one from halo 5 which still didnt work, but code showed has been redeemed. please help me.

Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One promotional code

Hi,

I recently bought the Gears of War bundle on the XBox One for my son for Xmas. That came with an additional game. I picked the Forza Horizon 2. Looks like the code for that did not arrive with the package.

Talked to someone in support and he asked me to come here and post it. The case number he gave me was - [Mod Removed]

If this is the code for Fornite as your header suggests when I bought my bundle the code was included in the package on a card.

Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
the name your game process.

Which specific promotion are you referring to? If you purchased a Forza 6 Xbox One console bundle, the code should be inside the box. If that's the case, be sure to check through the packaging for the code.

Hi, I guess I didn't communicate clearly. I bought the XBox One special edition Quantum Break bundle (www.xbox.com/.../special-edition-quantum-break-bundle)
and there was no code for Quantum Break in the box. I'm not talking about windows 10 promotion - I mean no Xbox One code for Quantum Break at all. There was a code for Live Gold trial and a code for Alan Wake that I redeemed on my main account. It was a sealed
box, new. I have the serial number if necessary.
