To change your IPv4 to Ipv6 please be guided with these steps:

From the Home screen, press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings.

In the Settings menu, select Network.

Choose Advanced settings.

Select IP settings.

Change the IPv6 setting from Automatic to Manual.

Please be guided that you can enter enter the IPv6 address, subnet prefix length, and default gateway information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Jango, you'll need to contact your ISP to get this information if you don't already have it.

Regarding your game wherein it doesn't allow you to access multiplayer may I have the exact error you are getting in-game?

Please go to Microsoft Store, search and install "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle". Once installed, click on Manage. From there, you may be able to customize and select the installation of the specific games and add-ons that you just want to play.

I have same issue. I'm trying to play Call Of Duty WaW and Call Of Duty Black Ops and my Xbox 360 Profile isn't connected in my Xbox One and I can't download it from xbox live. I've been searching for a solution but there is nothing on the internet.
