    Hi my xbox keeps sending me to the something went wrong startup error and when I try to offline download I am stuck in a loop whereby I am stuck in the preparing console screen and it is stuck on 0% and when I go to every other options it turns off

    Can you plug it in via wire temporarily to confirm that this still works. Try playing this way for a while to see if you get disconnected. Also, what model console are you using? If it is an older model, can you try swapping out the Network Adapter for a
    new(er) one?
