hi, icant redeem my rewards, info account needed but i cant do anything

Thanks for coming to the forums. If the code has been redeemed they cant replace it. As the email states it was already redeemed on another account. Unless they can verify the account they cant see what account it is that the code was redeemed on. In this
case you will just need to purchase another copy of the game if you do not know the account it was redeemed on. As there is nothing more for this situation I will be locking this thread.

You would probably need the login-in info before you can do anything. I think it depends on what his payment method was. If he did everything by redeeming codes it may not be necessary,if he used a credit card then he would have to go in to change everything
and ttake it off. To be honest it's a bit lame to take over somebody elses accomplishments,I find it to be very rewarding to struggle and earn achievements myself. But the moral lecture aside I hope info I presented help.
