I started somewhere in the 50's on Prestige 8 when this started. Since I don't think I'll be playing again until after it's gone I'm sitting pretty at somwhere in the 20's at prestige 10

Sorry for the late reply, I just tried both methods that you mentioned step by step and I unfortunately still can't get it to start up. Is there any other methods that you know of that can perhaps work or do you think that I should speak to someone else?

Hi, i did this, and i tried everything else, so do you know anything else to fix my black screen problem?

They were experiencing an issue with this last night, but I believe it is fixed.

Make sure your payment method on your microsoft account is up to date etc.

If all else fails, you should reach out to support.
