Hi I refund my purchase on 24 December 2023 but i didn’t get refund amount

Hi I didn’t get any email after my refund was denied. My purchase is available for refund but it’s not letting me because I tried refunding stuff that’s not eligible.

Not we are not in the same region, I didn’t know about the fact that you had to be in the same region until after I purchased the bundle, thank you for telling me the refund option will be avaliable in 24 hours, I will attempt to get a refund then.

Hello really disappointing as of 17th of December 2023 this is still an ongoing bug but I figured a workaround. Since I have recently subscribed I just had to cancel (getting a full refund) and renew it right after works like a charm hope this helps!
