hi i recently $300plus on games and dlc im at 10percent back and it says i get 13,000not30,000 ...

as i said im at 10percent back on my rewards and im certain that i am supposed to be recieveing 30,000 back and not the 13,000 it says. since i reviewed my previous charges and what my last rewards return was for, this i added all up my last return
was October 26th since then i have spent over $300 in the xbox store and all games have been released. All that has shown is the 13,000 do i need to wait longer or what? Thanks for the help

FF13-2 DLC issue

Hi,

I purchased FF13-2 recently and got a DLC code with the game. When I punch the code into XBOX 360 console I get a "this is not a valid code" if I do it on XBOX live it goes through, tells me what the DLC is, then says "something went wrong, try again later".
But trying later does not help.

Any ideas? I know its an old game, has the DLC expired by chance?

Hi, I recently purchased the Back To Karkland dlc for BattleField3, but when i try to play games and maps that include the B2K, it says "the server is now running content you do not have". Any suggestions?

 

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check for you. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content that counted towards another offer would not be included in your rebate.
