HI i purchased the Digital Deluxe edition of IW on the 31/10 and my rewards still havnt updated

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).


Since this purchase was a pre-order, it would not have applied to VIP payback. Since it was a digital pre-order on the eligibility list for Games on Demand, you received one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three
eligible titles to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

According to the product page, the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition:

"Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive access to the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023. Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition on or before April 3rd will be entitled to all relevant pre-order bonuses."

Make sure that what you have is the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and once you were able to confirm, rest assured that you'll get the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023.

Did you purchase the standard edition, or what was the edition you got?
This question is asked because only the MVP and Digital Deluxe edition are the ones that give you Early access to the game.

However, if you have the standard edition and are interested in getting the Early access, you can opt for purchasing the digital deluxe add-on.

Hi, unfortunately the deluxe edition is only digital.

It should work on April 4, it says on the description of the Deluxe version from this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/hogwarts....
