Unfortunately, Microsoft does not accept returns for items not purchased on the Microsoft Store. For your reference, the following information has been quoted from the Microsoft Store's return policy FAQ:

- "Does the Microsoft Store return policy only apply to items purchased at Microsoft Store?"

"Yes, Microsoft Store’s return policy only applies to products purchased from us. Microsoft does not accept returns of Microsoft products (or any other products) purchased from another retailer."

Not helpful, I need my 3 months code it is missing from my Xbox series s starter bundle's box I have checked it 5 times over not to be found. Starter bundle ordered 26th December.

I've been taking a much needed break from all games (ME 3, Halo 4, Borderlands 2) over the past month, except to come on and complete ME 3 weekend challenges.



Just started up again last night with Dead Space, then will move on to Dead Space 2. Love the series!! Can't wait for next month.

Thanks for your reply. The information about backing-up was on an email from Microsoft with instructions regarding packaging for returning my Xbox Series S Console.
