    Hello, I'm from Mexico and I have an xbox one with an Xbox Live subscription.

    according to me, I had already canceled my renewal of xbox live, but when I go back to xbox, it still appears that I can play online, I've been almost 2 months like this and I do not know what to do, I'm afraid that they will charge me credit card

    in my xbox I have a friend's account, but I'm sure he's not paying xbox live, because I was the one who was giving him my subscription so he could play for free

    maybe I'll take a roll, so my friend pays and now I play for free

    but I'm not too sure about that

    won't send and not only that i have two choices and its either recover my account and transfer it to my new email or buy a new gamertag and pass the old one to my new email if that works wish i don't know please help.

    they cannot see the ddos, it happens outside of their network and happens over the internet, the only people that can resolve this is your isp as they CAN see the attacks.

    Your IP is public to anyone and can happen on any platform, Microsoft are not responsible for your net connection. there is physically nothing they can do about you being ddosed

    First even if the enforcement team gets a thousand reports that you supposedly violated the code of conduct does not mean that you will get suspended EVERY report that is made is investigated and the account that gets reported is ONLY suspended if there
    was a violation of the code of conduct.

    If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review the enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    This is the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then its original end date and the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team.

    please check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if it will show any payments due/pending there, if there are any shown they need to be sorted first.

    Also check if there are active subscriptions based on the payment option (credit card) you want to delete.

    If there are No pending changes or active subscriptions based on that payment option and you still can't remove it, then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat.

    They should be able to do a more in-depth check into the issue.
