    Hi I need help with Cold War issues


    Hi I’ve had this issue where I re-downloaded Cold War after not playing it for some time and I’m met with a message saying I need to rebuy the game and I’m just wondering if anyone els Is having this issue also with that I was told to check my add ons and realised that none of my content packs are there I have multiplayer zombies he and arcade but no content packs ,Microsoft please help me and if there is any advise cause I don’t want to spend £60 on a old call of duty game just to play some zombies it’s annoying

    Why Is Cold War saying I have to buy my game I have already purchased again?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    ,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

    I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??
