I lost the password to my old account and have no way of getting my old account back as I lost my password and can’t get it back.

This same situation came up on the boards a while back. Someone put in fake information on his account when he created it a few years ago. Since then, he had purchased a lot of items. Then he lost the account and was not able to get it back.

Support could not help him because the information on the account was not his. Because of this he lost everything.

It is annoying. I only lost 1200 points (nothing charged to CC) and had my account migrated to Russia, have been under investigation since Oct 25th.

At this point I'd give up the points if they could just get my account back in the US and in my control. I've missed out on deals, not been able to take advantage of the Gears 3 Season Pass I bought before I was hacked etc.

Also haven't been gaming on the 360 as I don't want to risk somehow losing game saves or achievements earned playing offline while waiting to get the account back.

I am not banned as I haven't done anything to get banned , however the Microsoft Hotmail account I have used for over 15 years has been blocked and I cannot access it at all, even the online verification process will not let me access the Hotmail account so I have unfortunately lost my old gamer tag as well as all the content I have purchased over the years, as I have said I set up a new account with Xbox and have had to pay for games/ Xbox live again. I was wondering if there was any way I could actually speak to someone within Xbox to see if I can get any of my old content, cod points, games and add ons transferred to my new account?
