First, try redeeming the code again via https://redeem.microsoft.com. If you receive a message that it is already redeemed, go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, if it's showing as "redeemed" from there you can simply go to your payment method where you will see the Xbox Gift Card/Microsoft balance that you redeemed.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments. You can use this to buy games, devices, etc.

My son just redeemed his $15 Microsoft gift card and bought 1200 robux money but it is not showing up in his account. It's sayin he still only has 3 robux. Any ideas what is going on? I got the email that the card was redeemed so it seems to have taken the
money but it's just not showing up in his robux account....

When I got this I bought it by redeeming Microsoft Reward points not by purchasing a gift card at a store, just to clarify. Also when I checked what it was for and it didn’t work. I used the code that was emailed to me.

Can they expire after being redeemed?

Yes the charge is there on May 4 along with two redeemed xbox gift cards I got for my bday. So i redeemed 25 and 15 dollar gift cards and then bought 39.99 atoms bundle so it does show as charged.

I havent spoken to anyone on the phone though and at this point i fear all ill get is the “not qualify under our terms of sale” response.
