Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

Ok i tried to do what the support page was trying to show me but it still did not fix my problem, i even deleted minecraft windows 10 edition and reinstalled it, but it still has the bold text

When I did open the Minecraft launcher, it didn't do anything. No error message, nothing. So I deleted it and TRIED to redownload. but the problem is, there is no redownload or install button. I have the older version of it but it doesn't have Minecraft for windows compatible for it so that's what I'm trying to do. So that's all the information I have.

This has been an ongoing issue that started this afternoon. It's really bothersome. I can't send any messages/invites to anyone. I get an error message "Your message could not be sent", but the Xbox Live status shows everything is ok, except for the minecraft
problem. However, I don't play minecraft and that shouldn't have anything to do with sending messages. To me, this has been going on for the past 7 hours. I would've thought they'd have it fixed by now. My mistake, but they don't have problems like this all
the time. It's like once a year or 2. Xbox Live to my knowledge has never been down after 4 years of being a member till today.

I reached out to Mojang after submitting this. They said it was an account problem, meaning that Microsoft will be able to best help me. They also said that the account might have cached to Minecraft. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
